Principle

The kit used fluorescence PCR melting curve method and designed primers and probes according to the specific sequence of the pathogen. The detection results are determined according to the Tm value of the melting curve in FAM, HEX, ROX and CY5 channel. A human gene internal control (RNaseP gene) is added to the system for the quality control of extraction and amplification process.
