Product Detail

The kit is designed for the detection of 40 clinically common respiratory pathogens from oropharyngeal swab, sputum and culture specimens using fully automated all-in-one system - Sanity 2.0 System.

 

Cut time, save cost. - 1 test, 40 targets. 

 

The kit uses RT-qPCR in combination with patented melting curve analysis, which maximizes the multiplexing capability. 40 pathogens can be identified from one tube of sample.

All reagents are pre-loaded in the cartridges. Internal control is included to ensure quality control throughout the extraction and amplification processes.

The result will be analyzed automatically, no manual interpretation is required. The report will be automatically printed from the system and is viewable on the software.

Limit of Detection

The LOD is as low as 200 copies/mL. However, the LOD for each pathogen is different, please refer to the user manual for more details.
