Respiratory Pathogen Panel (RPP40D)
The kit is designed for the detection of 40 clinically common respiratory pathogens from nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.

The kit uses RT-qPCR in combination with patented melting curve analysis, which maximizes the multiplexing capability.
The kit is compatible with real-time PCR thermal cyclers that feature FAM, HEX, ROX, and Cy5 channels. For optimal performance, we highly recommend using the SLAN 96S, SLAN 96P, and SLAN 48P cyclers. Other instruments should be tested before actual use to ensure compatibility and accurate results.

Limit of Detection
The LOD is as low as 200 copies/mL. However, the LOD for each pathogen is different, please refer to the user manual for more details.
