The kit is designed for the detection of 36 clinically common respiratory pathogens from nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid using fully automated all-in-one system – Sanity 2.0 System.

Cut time, save cost. - 1 test, 36 targets. 

The kit uses RT-qPCR in combination with patented melting curve analysis, which maximizes the multiplexing capability. 36 targets can be detected from one tube of sample.

All reagents are pre-loaded in the cartridges. Positive and negative controls are included.

The result will be analyzed automatically, no manual interpretation is required. The report will be automatically printed from the system and is viewable on the software.

Limit of Detection

The LOD is as low as 1,000 copies/mL. However, the LOD for each pathogen is different, please refer to the user manual for more details.
